Content ownership and use
Claritech owns the content published on this website. The content may be used only with attribution to the source.
Any information, video, photograph, case study, infographic or logo may be used or adapted only with Claritech’s prior approval. If you need materials with technical specifications for your own website or marketing collateral, send us a request with the details at contact@claritech.ro. Once approved, the content may be used with the Claritech logo displayed and a link to the Claritech website as the reference.
If you reuse our content in an article published on a website, in the press or in a research study, you must include all references and credit Claritech as the source of the content.
Personal data protection
By completing and submitting the contact form or a download form on this site, you agree to the processing of your data by CLARITECH SRL, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and with Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
CLARITECH SRL collects personal data for the following purposes:
- to continue our correspondence with you and answer the requests addressed to the company;
- to send you information about our products and services, through direct marketing activities.
Under the GDPR, CLARITECH SRL is required to handle the personal data you provide securely and only for the purposes stated above. Providing this data is necessary for us to respond to your request; declining to provide it makes the purposes above impossible to fulfil.
