Claritech integrates certified management systems

That is why the continuous optimization of internal processes and the orientation toward permanent quality improvement are fundamental principles we adopted from the very beginning, and we continue to uphold them by providing our customers with complete, high-quality services and solutions. In the field of management systems, our respect for the customer translates into implementing and maintaining several management systems that operate as one, integrating elements of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management. Integrating an information security management system, together with a service management system, is simply a natural extension of our efforts to ensure a competitive offering.

In 2013, Claritech obtained its first quality management certification, in accordance with the provisions of the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. At the same time, we obtained the occupational health and safety certification in accordance with the SR OHSAS 18001:2008 standard, later replaced by SR ISO 45001:2018. In 2019 we obtained certification in accordance with the provisions of the SR EN ISO 14001:2015 standard. In 2021 we obtained certification in accordance with the requirements of SR EN ISO/IEC 27001:2018 and certification in accordance with the requirements of ISO 20000-1:2018.
