+  Offer support for local and international customers and partners;
+  Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
+  Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues;
+  Approach and solve technical requests arrived via the dedicated support channels;
+  Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams;
+  Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
+  Required to work on 12 hours shifts.

Qualifications and technical knowledge

+  High School Diploma or University degree;
+  Good customer service skills;
+  Able to work at heights;
+  Able to work as part of a team;
+  Good customer service skills and availability for travelling.


Main tasks

+  Install fixed and wireless network equipment and set up new telecommunications services;
+  Radio / microwave equipment installations;
+  Networking knowledge.

Qualifications and technical knowledge

+  Associate’s degree in related field required or a minimum of three years equivalent experience in a similar technical management position;
+  Extensive relevant technical experience to include fundamental understanding of voice and data networking, structured cabling, fiber optics, routing and switching;
+  Critical thinker and problem solver;
+  Organizational skills;
+  Knowledge of Telecommunications industry;
+  Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

Main tasks

+  Assemble project team, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities and develop timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables (for field teams and for subcontractors);
+  Ensure project requirements are achieved on time;
+  Perform cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives;
+  Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with the tehnical team, internal departments and customers;
+  Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues and conflicts with involved parties;
+  High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
+  Ensure products and supplies needed for projects is accounted for and made available to implementation teams;
+  Tracks KPIs and progress of the projects and ensure work is completed on time;
+  Material Management.
