+  Understanding microcontrollers, Linux embedded systems, IoT;
+  Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science;
+  Between 2 -5 years relevant experience: Linux embedded systems, SNMP monitoring, IoT, NMSs
+  Nice to have experience with BMS and PLC

Job Description

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for running the project from conception to completion, working alongside within his/her own team of hardware, software and services specialists and IT operations, as well as with external installation contractors and project delivery contractors.

Our new colleague will handle all business and IT improvement process throughout the organization and will maintain a good communication with all business units.

The Project Delivery Manager will estimate workload and logistics for projects and train the team on the best practices. He/she will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of project and reaching all objectives, in terms of time and quality. This will include tracking implementation and evolution of the project, obtaining final approval from client.

Qualifications and technical knowledge

+  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science / Engineering or related field;
+  5+ years in project management, preferably in telecommunications industry;
+  Hands-on experience with IT Hardware, knowledge of software, servers, networking infrastructure;
+  Focus on infrastructure (telecom sites, radio and MW equipment, AC and DC power systems, BTS deployment etc.);

Soft skills

+  Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment;
+  Fluency in English, good communication skills in writing;
+  Strong analytical and technical communication;

+  Ensure project delivery, planning and leading activities from conception to completion, manage project (roll-out, follow-up with site implementation). 1,000+ telecom sites, the project duration is estimated to 3-5 years;
+  Define the project goals, plan activities, and track the progress of each stage along a timeline, highlighting the major milestones and deadlines for project activities, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
+  Liaising with key business stakeholders to prioritize, manage and exceed expectations.
+  Drive the continuous improvement of the process and technology to achieve optimal growth.
+  Manage resources ensuring business integrity across the project activities.
+  Mutual cooperation with project stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and boost “win-win” results.
+  Direct contractor management, implementation tracking and performance evaluation;
+  End customer acceptance, material management, cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives;
+  Occasional customer on-site visits and project delivery/milestone meetings (Middle East region).
